Design Updates:

Development Updates:

  • Development updates are shared via our development server link, where clients can view regular updates on their website’s progress.

  • Updates are delivered via email and weekly meetings.
  • Monthly digital marketing reports are shared for review.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
  • If the service still requires completion.
  • If the service provided deviates from your request, brief, or order.
  • You will receive a full refund in the event of an error made by our department.
  • Customers can request a refund within 2 days of receiving the service.

Exceptions

Project Abandonment

  • Digital Onix reserves the right to terminate projects if clients cannot be contacted after 30 days.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees may apply based on project progress. Before Commencement: Contact us immediately for cancellations. Depending on prep work, a cancellation fee may apply. After Commencement: Cancellation fees may apply. We’ll charge for the completed work and refund the rest.

Project Abandonment

If Digital Onix is unable to contact the Client despite numerous attempts, we reserve the right to terminate the project after 30 days. Refunds may be subject to reduction at our discretion by the terms outlined in the purchase agreement.
